Fruit Salad with Yogurt

Yoghurt is rich in potassium, calcium, protein and B vitamins, including B-12. Research shows yoghurt strengthens and stabilizes the immune system.
The lactobacillus in yoghurt feeds the intestine, maximizes nutrients you can absorb into your body, insures the digestive system stays healthy, and stabilizes the immune system. Including fruits in your diet is one sure way to a healthier body. A daily intake of these delicious foods can be of great benefit to your body in various ways. If you are beginning to eat a healthier diet to help you lose weight, or just as way to become more energetic, a diet high in fruits, vegetables and whole grains is a great way to start. As you begin to eat more fruit, you will begin to realize how much better you will feel.

Ingredients
  1. Yogurt: 1 cup (or as required)
  2. Apple: 1
  3. Mandarine orange: 1
  4. Banana: 1
  5. Pears: 1
  6. Dates: 4
  7. Seedless Grapes: 8-10
  8. Mango: 1
  9. Sugar: 2 -3 tsp (as per taste)
Method of Preparation:
  • Chop all the fruits. Mix thoroughly
  • Add sugar and yogurt to it. Stir well.
  • Serve chilled.
Tips: You can add fruits of your choice.
